OUR STORY
Traci Stone
Traci began dancing at the age of seven. Once she started, she never stopped. Her professional credits include being a featured singer and dancer for Carnival Cruise Lines, and American Entertainment Productions dancing with such names as Dick Clark and Sheena Easton. She had the titles of Miss Dance of Ohio, Miss Dance of the Bluegrass and was the first runner-up Miss Dance of America. She is the current head choreographer for Ballet Under the Stars, and production choreographer for Distinguished Young Woman of KY. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to teach dance throughout the Bluegrass area for the past 28 years.

Anya Banks
Ms. Anya began dancing at the age of three and literally hasn’t stopped since! She came to Traci Stone’s Dance as a Pre-Dancer and grew up in the studio, moving to competition dance when she turned eight. Anya assisted Ms. Traci for years in classes and camps before teaching her own classes when she turned sixteen. She teaches many recreational classes and works closely with the competitive Performing Dance Company in technique and choreography. She completed her Associate In Arts degree in 2019 and is a member of the contemporary company Movement Continuum. Anya has most recently choreographed and was featured in music videos for Aneesa Sheikh and the group Rags and Riches.
